Check- in and check- out: the reservation begins at 14.00 and ends the second day at 12.00.
Accommodation: the accommodation of each person is made by filling in the accommodation form based on the identity document. According to the legislation in force, it is compulsory for all the accommodated adults to fill in the form. Children under 5 years have free accommodation if they sleep with their parents in the same bed. The fee for the children aged 5 -14 years: 50% of the price per adult.

Cancelling the reservation: any reservation will be cancelled by means of the Reservation service. No penalties will be applied if the reservation’s cancelling (a reservation up to 5 rooms) will be made with at least 24 hours before. The penalty represents the counter value of the first accommodation day.
If it is the case of a reservation for 5 or more rooms, then its cancelling is made with at least 5 days before the arrival date. For group reservations (minimum 10 rooms), we ask you to contact the Reservation service.
Fees: these depend on the chosen room type and the number of persons.
Payment methods: it is accepted the payment by cash (RON), card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) or bank transfer (RON/EURO).
Activity schedule for restaurant and bar: breakfast is served between 07:00 and 10:00 a.m from Monday to Friday and between 8:00 - 11:00 a.m. during the weekend. The restaurant is opened Monday to Saturday until 22:00.
Smoking: there are not any special smoking- rooms but one may find certain areas particularly designed for smoking.
Safety: the hotel and public spaces are monitored by video system. We are not liable for the objects forgotten, lost or supposed stolen from the premises, conference rooms, restaurants and bar.
Parking lot: the hotel unit has a video- monitored parking lot.
Pets: the hotel accommodation for the persons that have pets and/ or birds is not allowed.
Environment protection: represents a permanent concern. The bed sheets and the towels are changed once a 3, respectively 2 accommodation days or at client’s request.
Responsibilities: the client is liable to the hotel for the damages caused to other clients or hotel’s staff, premises, furniture and installations if the respective error/ intent can be imputed to them. The liability of the hotel is not extended to the vehicles or their loading.
