Definitions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Check- in and check- out: <\/strong>the reservation begins at 14.00 and ends the second day at 12.00.<\/p>\n

Accommodation: <\/strong>cazarea fiecarei persoane se face prin completarea fisei de cazare pe baza actului de identitate. Conform legislatiei in vigoare completarea fisei este obligatorie pentru toti adultii cazati. Copii sub 5 ani au gratuitate dac\u0103 dorm \u00een pat cu parin\u021bii. Patul suplimentar costa 80 lei \/ persoan\u0103. La acest tarif se adaug\u0103 tariful pentru micul dejun: 0-5 ani – gratuit; 5-10 ani – 20 lei; 10-14 ani – 25 lei; peste 14 ani – 35 lei.<\/p>\n

Cancelling the reservation<\/strong>: orice anulare de rezervare se va face contactand serviciul Rezervari. Nu se vor aplica penalizari daca anularea rezervarii (rezervare de pana la 5 camere) se va face cu cel putin 48 ore inainte. Penalizarea reprezinta contravaloarea primei nopti de cazare.<\/p>\n

If it is the case of a reservation for 5 or more rooms, then its cancelling is made with at least 5 days before the arrival date. For group reservations (minimum 10 rooms), we ask you to contact the Reservation service.<\/p>\n

Fees: <\/strong>they differ depending on the type of room chosen and the number of persons. At certain times of the year the rates may increase. We cannot be held responsible for the tariffs displayed in online environment, on various platforms. The rates displayed in the booking module are valid only for card payment.<\/p>\n

Payment methods: <\/strong>we accept cash payment (in lei\/RON), card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), holiday vouchers (Edenred, Sodexo, UP Romania) and bank transfer (RON \/ EURO). Reservations made through the online booking module can be charged in advance.<\/p>\n

Orice erori \u015fi gre\u015feli (inclusiv tip\u0103rire gre\u015fit\u0103) nu sunt executorii. Toate ofertele speciale \u015fi promo\u0163iile sunt marcate ca atare. Dac\u0103 nu sunt marcate ca tare, nu pute\u021bi ob\u021bine niciun drept \u00een eventualitatea unor erori sau gre\u0219eli evidente.<\/p>\n

Activity schedule for restaurant and bar: <\/strong>breakfast is served between 07:00 and 10:00 a.m from Monday to Friday and between 8:00 - 11:00 a.m. during the weekend. The restaurant is opened Monday to Saturday until 22:00.<\/p>\n

Smoking: <\/strong>in cadrul hotelului nu exista camere destinate fumatorilor, dar exista locuri special amenajate unde se fumeaza.<\/p>\n

Safety: <\/strong>the hotel and public spaces are monitored by video system. We are not liable for the objects forgotten, lost or supposed stolen from the premises, conference rooms, restaurants and bar.<\/p>\n

Parking lot: <\/strong>our hotel has video surveillance parking. Spaces are limited. No reservations can be made in advance for parking spaces.<\/p>\n

Pets: <\/strong>the hotel accommodation for the persons that have pets and\/ or birds is not allowed.<\/p>\n

Environment protection: <\/strong>represents a permanent concern. The bed sheets and the towels are changed once a 3, respectively 2 accommodation days or at client\u2019s request.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities: <\/strong>the client is liable to the hotel for the damages caused to other clients or hotel\u2019s staff, premises, furniture and installations if the respective error\/ intent can be imputed to them. The liability of the hotel is not extended to the vehicles or their loading.<\/p>\n
